It is used quality improver, regulator of PH value, chelate agent, emulsifier and binder industry.

5. Character: Colorless clear crystal or white crystalline powder. The relative density is 2.534 and melting point is 880° C. It soluble in water easily, insoluble in ethanol. It will weathering in dry air and lose crystal water under 100° C. It easily absorbs water to deliquesce in air.

6. Usage: In food processing industry, it is used quality improver, regulator of PH value, chelate agent, emulsifier and binder industry. It also is used in the processing of meat and aquatic product.

7. Packing: It is packed with polyethylene bags as liner and a compound plastic woven bag as the outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.

8. Storage and Transport: It should be stored in a dry and ventilative warehouse, kept away from moisture and hot. Furthermore, it should be stored separately from poisonous; Unload with care so as to avoid damage to packing.
