Properties: Na3PO4.12H2O is colorless or white crystal. Relative density is 1.61(20centigrate). Melting point is 73.3~76.7. It can melt in water, the liquor is strong alkalescent. Meanwhile, it can not dissolve in ethanol and carbon dioxide. The liquor of trisodium phosphate can erode the skin.
2. Application: Used as water softening agent, cleaning agent in electroplating, color fixer in fabric dyeing and flux in enamel ware manufacturing and so on.
